Does Universal Eco provide transportation, management, and final disposal services for waste?
Universal Eco provides hazardous waste transportation and management services with permits from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry (KLH). We handle hazardous waste management for various industries, commercial areas, and healthcare facilities, covering transportation, processing, and environmentally friendly final disposal.
What types of waste can be managed by Universal Eco?
We serve the industrial sector, commercial areas, and healthcare facilities for hazardous waste management. The waste we manage includes both non-hazardous (non-B3) and hazardous waste (B3). Non-B3 waste: Reject products, expired products. B3 waste: Chemical-containing materials and packaging, medical and pharmaceutical waste, production waste such as oil sludge, electronic waste, and company data and document waste.
Does Universal Eco provide transportation and processing services outside of Java Island?
The processing carried out by Universal Eco is located at Jl. Modern Industri XV Blok AD No.4, Sukatani, Cikande, Serang, Banten. Meanwhile, transportation services are available in Jakarta, Bekasi, Tangerang, Banten, Karawang, Bogor, Serang, Depok, Bandung, Sukabumi, Purwakarta, Subang, Semarang, Yogyakarta, West Java, and Central Java. However, we have established partnerships for processing and transportation services extending to Sumatra Island. Transportation outside these areas can be arranged using third-party transporters with the necessary permits. Overall, we provide waste management up to 21 province in Indonesia.
What is the maximum capacity for each waste transportation service?
The maximum transportation capacity can be adjusted based on the amount of waste generated. Universal Eco provides several types of transportation, including:
1. Wingbox Double Ban – 50 m², maximum 15 tons
2. Wingbox Engkel – 43 m², maximum 12 tons
3. Colt Diesel Double Ban – 22 m², maximum 5 tons
4. Colt Diesel Double Ban – 11 m², maximum 1 ton
What are the service rates of Universal Eco, and how does the service process work?
The service rates of Universal Eco are determined based on the type of waste generated, the volume of transportation, and the transportation area. Our service process begins with a collaboration agreement with the customer, followed by a scheduled waste pickup. Customers will then receive transportation services along with proof of transport in the form of a hazardous waste manifest.
How can I establish a hazardous waste management partnership with Universal Eco?
If you have not previously partnered with Universal Eco, you can contact our Call Center listed on our website. We will then reach out to you and provide our Company Profile. The next steps in the partnership procedure include filling out the customer waste data form, receiving a Quotation Confirmation Letter, and signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) by attaching the company’s Taxpayer Identification Number (NPWP).
Before establishing a partnership, can I visit Universal Eco's waste processing facility for an inspection?
Site visits are only available for Universal Eco customers and can be conducted before or after signing the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), depending on the agreement with Universal Eco.
Are there any service packages offered by Universal Eco?
The service package we offer includes a Small Business Package for offices, beauty clinics, healthcare clinics, and similar businesses with minimal waste quantities and infrequent transportation schedules.
