Polutan itu sendiri merupakan zat berbahaya maka diperlukan fasilitas pengendalian pencemaran udara untuk mengurangi pencemaran udara.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/universaleco.id\/en\/penanggulangan-pencemaran-tanah\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Baca Juga : Penanggulangan Pencemaran Tanah<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Terdapat 3 (tiga) sumber pencemaran udara, diantaranya:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Sumber tidak bergerak, misalnya cerobong dari aktivitas industri<\/li>\n<li>Sumber bergerak, seperti kendaraan bermotor<\/li>\n<li>Kombinasi sumber bergerak dan tidak bergerak, misalnya tempat pembuangan akhir sampah (TPA), dan kawasan industri<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>Macam-Macam Fasilitas Pengendalian Pencemaran Udara<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan fasilitas sebelum udara kembali dilepaskan ke atmosfer. Utamanya fasilitas ini digunakan pada sumber pencemaran udara yang tidak bergerak:<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Filter<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter berikut:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Efisiensi yang tinggi untuk partikulat yang sangat kecil sekalipun<\/li>\n<li>Memerlukan kehilangan tekanan yang relatif rendah<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>Sedangkan kekurangan dari filter diantaranya:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Dapat terbakar atau meledak<\/li>\n<li>Berpotensi menyebabkan korosif<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><strong><em>Electrostatic untuk material kering maupun basah<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>Sedangkan kekurangan dari ESP adalah sebagai berikut:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Biaya kapital yang tinggi<\/li>\n<li>Memerlukan tempat yang luas<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Tidak bisa untuk partikulat yang mudah terbakar<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>Siklon (<em>Cyclone<\/em>)<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter menyisihkan partikulat (partikel udara debu) dengan ukuran yang lebih dari 1 mikron.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Terdapat kelebihan dari penggunaan siklon, diantaranya:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Harga yang relatif murah<\/li>\n<li>Fleksibel pada segala kondisi suhu operasi<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>Sedangkan kekurangan dari siklon adalah sebagai berikut:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Terbatas untuk ukuran partikel tertentu (lebih dari 1 mikron)<\/li>\n<li>Pengontrolan konsentrasi partikulat tidak bisa hanya melalui siklon<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><strong><em>Scrubber<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-3364 size-full\" udara atau gas dengan bantuan suatu cairan seperti air, asam sulfat dan lain sebagainya.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Kelebihan dari penggunaan\u00a0<em>scrubber\u00a0<\/em>adalah sebagai berikut:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Menetralkan debu dan gas korosif<\/li>\n<li>Proses absorpsi gas dan pengumpulan debu bisa dilakukan dalam 1 unit<\/li>\n<li>Meminimalisasi risiko ledakan atau kebakaran<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3><strong>Sedangkan kekurangan dari\u00a0<em>scrubber\u00a0<\/em>diantaranya:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Biaya pembuangan lumpur limbah yang cukup mahal<\/li>\n<li>Berpotensi menyebabkan korosif<\/li>\n<li>Partikel yang terkumpul dapat terkontaminasi<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2><strong>Limbah dari Fasilitas Pengendalian Pencemaran Udara Dikategorikan Limbah B3<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Pada proses pengendalian pencemaran udara, terdapat sisa atau residu di dalam prosesnya. Residu tersebut dikategorikan sebagai limbah Bahan Berbahaya dan Beracun (Limbah B3). Limbah B3 tersebut terdiri dari filter bekas, debu dan\u00a0<em>sludge<\/em>.
